About Barry Morgan

In 35 + years of practice, an attorney is expected to have handled many cases on a wide variety of matters. Barry Morgan fulfills this rule.

Mr. Morgan is a native of Central Florida and a life-long resident of the Orlando area. A graduate of Oak Ridge High School and Florida State University, he obtained his law degree, with honors, in 1979 from the South Texas College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Morgan returned to Orlando, where he has maintained a law practice for over 35 years.

Few would argue that extensive experience doesn't matter in the practice of law, and Barry Morgan certainly brings litigation experience to the table. Beginning in 1979, his practice area has always focused on civil litigation. Early in his career he built an extensive background representing insurance companies, hospitals and businesses in complex litigation, medical malpractice cases and insurance defense. In the latter part of his career he has used that early experience to help those who have been harmed or mistreated by insurance companies, negligent corporations or other wrong-doers.

Mr. Morgan is first and foremost a trial attorney, which means that he personally prepares each clients' case with the expectation that he will try it if a suitable settlement is not forthcoming. An effort is made to settle each case, but if a case has to be tried, there are advantages to having one attorney handle it from beginning to end, and experience shows that this kind of preparation is the best way to convince insurance companies to make the most favorable settlements.

If you are looking to hire an attorney and recognize the advantages with one having extensive experience and a practice regimen to give each client's case his individual attention and personal preparation, Barry Morgan is available to discuss your case in an initial consultation, free of charge.
